August was too busy for my liking. Not the whole thing but the end for sure.
Here’s a rundown with pictures for your reading pleasure:
August 17th: New nephew Jayden Beck was born..on his grandma’s and great-grandma’s birthday. Love it!
August 19th: Hold Jayden during our rest-stop on the way to Highland Village. Best kind of pit-stop.

August 20th: Wake-up insanely early to get to airport. Fly to Boston.
August 22th: Happy 12th Anniversary to Michael & I. Visit a lovely Massachusetts country church. While flying down the road snap a picture of an historic stone church in the overcast fog.
This wedding picture is a picture of the actual picture. It wasn’t a great quality so I enhanced it’s old look.

August 23th: Endure 2 flights to finally arrive back in the arms of my precious children!

August 25th: Family get-together at Mom’s house. Did I mention we were camping in my mom’s driveway for 7 nights?

August 27th: Fun in the sprinkler with Aunt Riley.

August 28th: Birthday party for my nephew Park (5) and niece Presli (1).

August 30th: HOME AT LAST! This picture has very little to do with my excitement of being home other than it is at home.

In other news, I’m almost 25wks. Baby moves like crazy and is so low I now know that I have a super cervix.

What wonderful pictures! Someone said the other day that Autumn looks radiant when she is pregnant! The picture of you holding Jayden says it all—-look at that smile! But all your other pictures are great also. The wedding picture is fabulous—i can still remember that day like it was yesterday. So blessed on that day to get such a wonderful daughter in law(but i consider her a daughter)Love you Granny
I have the best mother-in-law! Love you.
Beautiful daughter, wonderful son in law, precious “grand” kids…might I mention that they don’t have to camp in my drive way
they choose to. I would happily give up my room anytime. But it is a nice tree lined driveway! It’s funny b/c I just posted today on my blog about “Going Back Home…” to your childhood home and of course your stay was the crux of my story. But I know all too well how good it feels to get back to your home and your routine.
Love the wedding pic…like Brenda I will never forget that day either…my mom was running late, no fault of her own as she was being driven to the church in San Saba from Highland Village, by a friend of mine. I held the ceremony (only a few minutes) until she got there b/c I didn’t want her to miss her grand daughter’s wedding. So many memories, very precious memories!
I love the pictures. The ones in the sprinkler are wonderful! In that picture of Sterling….that sure doesn’t loo like a cloth diaper to me! LOL!
You are such a beautiful pregnant woman….maybe the cutest girl in Kerrville.
Lisa~
Thanks, Lisa! I turned the shutter speed way up (I’m not camera term savvy) to get all the droplets. Really fun. This “cutest” girl had to turn her head for the picture because I had no make-up on, that would surely disqualify me.
Oh, what super photos!! The sprinkler ones are amazing. I love the close ups of your darlings. You did have a busy, busy month.
Grateful for Grace last blog post..Change
